Had a bachelor party with 11 people total. The house accomodated all of us for sleeping, and had plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for us to hang out. We enjoyed the backyard patio and hot tub the first night we arrvied. A great price for a great spot, and Erika and Casey were extremely responsive if I had any questions!

The place was super nice and homie; the kitchen was so much fun to cook in! We absolutely loved the area the towns were very cute and friendly. Would totally recommend!!

My group and I had a wonderful stay at Erika and Casey’s beach house! We enjoyed the beach and had an amazing time playing in the pool! The pool had a football, basketballs with a hoop, as well as pool noodles, it made the experience even better. The interior was breathtaking, especially the views from the porch. My group and I would love to come back again! Highly recommend booking!!!

The Anchor Inn 2 was exactly what we hoped for. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and an easy drive up to Nags Head or down to Hatteras. Our favorite place to eat was Waterman's. A must stop to catch the sunset. We loved fishing from Rodanthe Pier. The hot tub on the deck was a great ending to every evening. Highly recommend!

This was a great double-house for a 4th of July trip with some buddies. Looks exactly like the pictures, very close to the beach, and very spacious for large groups with all amenities you can think of. We had a great time and highly recommend renting from Erika and Casey as they're great hosts.

Erika and Casey’s place was great! It’s called the honeymoon suite but we stayed as a family of five (6/4/1) It’s walkable to the beach but far enough away to really feel like you can get a break from the sun. The kitchen was great we were able to feed our fam no problem. Walkable to coffee/candy/arcade. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful stay with insanely comfortable beds! We have stayed at multiple air bnbs in the area over the years and we found some much needed relaxation and joy in this home. So grateful for our hosts in making efforts in all the places that really make you feel ‘at home’ and like you’re on vacation at the same time!

We had a great time celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday with a weekend trip to Wilmington. Erika and Casey’s place was perfect for the 8 of us. They accommodated an early check in, which allowed us to beat the rain driving there. We arrived to the sweetest welcome basket- such a nice touch. It was a rainy weekend (because that is all we get in New England these days!) so it was so nice to have so much space at the house. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and yard games when the rain held off. The kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners for the whole group. Plenty of pots and pans, etc. There is a small Shaw’s down the street for groceries we forgot. We didn’t bring any little ones but the top floor would be so much fun for kids! (But the adults did utilize the Nerf guns throughout the weekend!) Highly recommend the local restaurants and stores, and checking out the Brattleboro Farmers Market if you have a sunny Saturday morning!

Thank You, Erica! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house that was arranged for me by Erica, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her exceptional service. From the moment I reached out to her, Erica was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. The beach house itself was stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and just a 2 minute walk away from the ocean. Erica also provided a wealth of local knowledge, recommending fantastic restaurants, activities, and hidden gems nearby. Her suggestions made my trip even more enjoyable, allowing me to experience the area. I cannot thank Erica enough for her professionalism and service provided . This is probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had, not just from the well designed, stocked, and accommodated space but also the top notch and proactive communication from Erika and Casey. They thought of the all the details you’d need, put it in their manual, sent messages and reminders ahead of time and responded quickly. My family really enjoyed our time and the walk to the beach was short. The section of beach near the house is beautiful! And the views from the deck are relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet too. Wish we could have stayed longer!
