Located off the deck on this level is the perfect spot to read a book at the hammock or soak in the hot tub while you listen to the waves. On the top floor: Step into our open brightly lit kitchen with all new appliances and updated cookware! The open floor plan has plenty of seating between the island and large dining table sitting 10 in total. The expansive decks off the kitchen and dining give you views of both the sound and the ocean! The final bedroom is off the kitchen area with a beautiful large bathroom that has a stand up shower as well as a jetted whirlpool tub. *Bedroom 4- King bedroom with a smart TV.

Our beautiful beach and Rodanthe pier are only a few minute walk away as well as the nearest coffee shops. Parking for 4 vehicles. This is a pet free home. Our pool is typically opened from March and closed at the end of October. Our pool can be heated for a daily fee. This property has 2 Ring Security Cameras, 1 at the driveway and another in the rear yard. These cameras operate 24 hours per day. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid for the grill.
